Who we are

John and Lucy have been serving in Gent, Belgium since July 2007.

She finished her BS in Nursing at the University of Florida. She has worked as a Registered Nurse in Pediatric Intensive Care at Shands Hospital (Gainesville, Florida). She also worked in Pediatric Intensive Care at Cook-Fort Worth Children’s Hospital (Fort Worth, Texas). While in Plainview, Texas she worked in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Saint Mary’s Hospital (Lubbock, Texas) and Plains Regional Hospital (Plainview, Texas).

Lucy also worked with Hospice of the Plains (Plainview, Texas) as a Home Health Care Supervisor for a couple of years.

She moved to Florida and worked in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Florida Hospital (Orlando, Florida) as an Assistant Nurse Manager. She finished twenty-seven years as a Registered Nurse working in the Intensive Care Units of Ocala Regional Medical Center and Munroe Regional Hospital (Ocala, Florida).
